Discount Sailing Holidays, operating as a subsidiary of Kerkyra Marine Services, will make every effort to secure your booking; however, as Discount Sailing Holidays operates as a broker for a number of different charter companies, all bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, and confirmation of booking is upon receipt of deposit paid to the broker. Should a discrepancy arise due to lack of availability, the client shall be entitled to a full refund of deposit (of the charter) from the broker. Discount Sailing Holidays tries to avoid but cannot be responsible for incorrect data, misspellings, or misrepresentations on its listings.
Neither Discount Sailing Holidays nor Kerkyra Marine Services shall provide insurance, nor shall the broker bear legal responsibility for personal injury or loss of property during the period of the charter.
