If anyone is hesitating about booking through Discount Sailing Holidays, then I can reassure them.
I was worried about contracting with a non-British based agent and yacht charter company and sending large sums to them by bank transfer. There was no need to be concerned. They do exist and the yacht was ready and waiting.
The best thing about Discount Sailing Holidays is that Antoinette enters into a dialogue with you. We needed a cheap boat and she kept at it until she found one for us from a Yacht Charter company on Corfu.
The staff is helpful and laid back. Even though I freely admitted to some damage (my daughter destroyed a navigation light climbing on board one night) they gave us back the full deposit.
And Antoinette even came down to the quay to say hello - she lives near Gouvia Marina on Corfu. Can't get better service.
